For choral, I don’t sing vibrato but can do so for presentation. Been opening the back of my throat for more natural/deeper resonance and better pitch but more forward into front nasal passages for better control.

Has bought $30 “Dri-Fit” Nike.com running bra from the Sports Authority at TGM earlier where we met the former principal/current council member of BUSD and her husband, who had a 3x-bipass surgery. Anyway, still feels tight and tension on both shoulders but holds in my uneven Size A/B boobs. Good for squeezing fat and wide chest cage too.

Now at TGM after visiting doctor! Whoo-who! Still clogged! Has fatty liver! Must loose weight one pound per week! Will sign up at gym! Crash diet to improve readings.

My daily bread. Constant “gang surveillance” of controlled, co-incidental timings from pedestrians, bicyclists, motorcyclists, deterred drivers getting into their cars, and signaling to enter the traffic upon our intercepted arrival.

My local parish, a spiritual asylum for lost and forgotten souls, the prisoners of their guilt, sins, and troubles. A place for my sheeple, the innocent lambs in wolves clothing.

So the twosome left but without noticing the wrinkly jeans and shirt! Goes to show the wifey doesn’t iron his clothes. That’s sad.

Addendum: If he or anyone wishes to dress down to jeans, at least have the decency to iron out the damn wrinkles! It reflects your state of mind/relationship.

After a filling lunch and simple birthday for the middle-aged boy, I’m upstairs and winding down, ready for a mid-afternoon nap.

Dear invisible god, Thank you a rather smooth Memorial Monday. Thanks for the strength to support the old timers and to hold the snappy tongues of both Maw and me and for the cool, calm, cloudy day.

Waiting for Chinese food with Paw after buying KFC. Finished helping Maw cook lunch of soup and noodles. Will pick up cake for boy, who doesn’t sound excited, except Maw who wants to celebrate more than us. Seriously, the wifey could have invited us to go out if she wanted. I really don’t care. Getting old.

A thought about Creation trapped within itself. Expanding, never finding Self. Caught in a time loop.

More thoughts: “Know thyself.” “Love thyself as your neighbors.” More “clues” supporting multiple realities originating from the human mind.

Received another thought about potential goal from hostile entities. Influences based on reading various articles online. Words of such labels describing agendas in communism, socialism. Thoughts of fairness over capitalism, of sharing without borders, of negativity through violence/violent people with/out guns.
