Fallout of white where burned out lives don’t grow
Dark and blackness fall in the dead of night.
Cold are the sunrays. The ravens don’t crow.
Fallout of white
The hungry children run with wide eyed fright
Eagerly waiting, lined up in a row
Heat waves turn bitter cold upon the site
The spine chilling ice and wintery snow
Cones, missiles – frozen screams with every bite
The shrills from headaches — icy painful blow
Fallout of white
First attempt at roundel with original imagery of nuclear holocaust with ice cream.
