We bought a copy of the San Jose Mercury News ( dated August 15, 2008 ) to read while having breakfast at McDonald. The headline was focused on the Beijing Olympics. Off to the right side, I see San Jose and banning burgers on new fast-food restaurants. But right below and to the center of this front page reads the following title to an article:
Con man denies he made million-dollar promises Below is an except:
Maschino, 40, is expected to be sentenced this morning in Santa Clara County Superior Court after agreeing to a plea bargain to serve 32 months behind bars for an elaborate ruse that rocked the philanthropic community and left at least three people out a total of about $35,000.00.
In another related news article that I found online from long ago, this old article (dated March 3, 1997) shows how investors start out with small amounts until larger amounts are needed:
Beware letters from Nigeria Below is an except:
Pedras said the pair [two Oahu businessmen, LaMarr Hardy and Pete Lakatani] initially was trying to raise $35,000.00 on behalf of American Samoan contractor Jack Liu, whose company Pedras was told handled a portion of the construction project. Liu, reached in American Samoa, said he couldn’t verify anything.
The reason for presenting these two news articles is the fact I noticed the dollar amount of $35,000.00 is strikingly similar for both allegations. I don’t know how these two news article could possible be related to each other. Both stories appear to be some sort of ‘DEFRAUD OF INVESTMENTS’. Ask any legal representative. This is what is going on everyday.
But I feel something is wrong when people who come across as ‘good’ guys, doing what they believe is right along with guarantees, promises, trusts and fiduciary duty, are labeled as the ‘bad’ guys in the grand scheme of things. Below are two quotes taken from the news articles online:
Maschino still maintains he was a “fall guy” and “didn’t commit these crimes.”
“These are allegations, and there’s no fact or substantiation behind them,” Hardy said.
My hunch is that these persons are indeed ‘fall guys’ because they have jobs to do, which is to ‘scam’ people by bleeding them out of their hard earned pennies. In my opinion, these ‘cons’ are great liars, fooling the greedy and sometimes undiscerning, honest people while covering up something else for their ‘bosses’ by presenting schemes on ‘how to make money with visual aides’.
I am not suggesting anything with this particular blog entry but I would like to point out that these ‘fellow brothers’ know what they are up against when they are dealing with their own lives, saving their own skins and their loved ones while avoiding ultimate death. I read elsewhere online about a conspiracy of how those unwilling to ‘kowtow’ to the reptoids are being punished and jailed for crimes that are meant to ruin the lives of innocent people.
TPTB (or reptoids) that I keep mentioning in my blogs truly hate human beings and the some of the good ones seem to be taking a large hit financially (foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.), if not a small can of V8 to the head of a child or a small flying object hurtling from out of nowhere to the car windshield in the general direction of a driver, namely moi ! No wonder my head hurts, mostly on the left side. But I digress.
Author’s note: Be warned: I am very displeased and quite frustrated about how certain reptoids would dare to harm me or mine and why these perpetrators would continue to abandon, betray, deceived and lie to those in the most need. I too know what I am up against. And I have been told that I do have rights as a sovereign being! When the time is right, I will exercise my rights and essentially loose everything from this world, seriously.
