  • 20070209-Farewell Skin

Oh, stupid brat! You left us alone!
I’m overloaded with work and I groan.
Don’t you bother me again with your loan!
Don’t call long distance on my call trace phone.

My boss, like you, is each to its own.
Both of you are like an annoying clone.
Each has revealed what the other one has known.
You both will pay as I cast my first stone.

Your chatting online continues to moan
about that fishy smell and her loud tone.
Working with you was like picking a bone.
Your babbles lie: There’s no-thing as atone.

    Another poem of monorhyme.

  • 20070209-Relative Kind

Dare to date a donkey due south?
Trail clouds crossing by word of mouth.
Make a hole to see deep blue skies.
The opposite of love are lies.

You’re not alone. Please set us free.
You’re not mad, silly odd man. See!
They levitate: no fear or hate.
There’s no more sadness as I wait.

For lack of food, family, friends-
Angel voiced your thoughts to the end.
Knock! Knock! And two more effects.
Pay the God of Fun our respects.

Not important to know of secrets.
Wink twice and peep of any threats.
Resistance futile to hide my rants:-
    Related kin to friendly ants?

From ancient time of desert clime-
round the clock with pyramid prime.
    Disclosure nears. Be not afraid.
Abandoned, betrayed, weighed as we prayed.

Mixed a hodge-podge of subjective details based on reading articles from a forum since September 2006. Created poem of five, four- lined stanzas with eight syllables in aabb pattern.

  • 20070202-Face Big

Your face to the world is bigger than mine.
You sit and listen as if all is fine.
Your banner hangs to advertise your sign.
You see a ball on a golden crown divine.

The brotherhood claims she might resign.
They integrated to keep her in line.
Their global efforts strangle her like vine.
This is all in the name that she is mine.

    Another attempt at monorhyme.

  • 20070131-Fly Swats

They can’t swat flies on bended knees.
They have created these laws and fees
for thieves in the night where they lurk.
Hurting our heart or neck won’t work.

We won’t be stilled with ball and chain.
We want nothing: money or fame.
    A true believer is revealed.
    A blessing means forever sealed.

Created a poem of two, four-lined stanzas with eight syllables in AABB pattern.

  • 20070105-Trail Tales

Fellow warriors please follow my trails.
I left many tracks. Some step on sharp nails.
My poetic words are thoughts sent by sails.
That Fiji sunset shows some small details.

If one searched by the video’s last name
news articles show a related shame.
The powers that be are the ones to blame
for using unity as a grand frame.

  • 20070105-Four Corners

We believe we’re God, the One and the same.
We exist alone for this whirled-peas game.
We believe we’re God, like many others.
We’re not alone and at peace with brothers.

I believe I’m God, the One and the same.
I exist alone in this whirled-whore shame.
I believe I’m God. And there are others.
I’m not alone and at war with brothers.

Another poem of two, four-lined stanzas of AABB pattern with internal rhymes.

Author’s note: Based on ‘Pascal’s Wager‘.

  • 20061228-Might Grow

Go with the flow is all I know.
With each other we will all grow.
To learn each day of love and light.
    To deny ignorance with might.

Another quatrain poem in aabb pattern.

  • 20061204-Daily Diary

Saw Mandarin symbol at two p.m.
Per forum thread at four-thirty p.m.
From a greasy place where I sat and stank
I saw the same symbol upon a bank.

Red truck made U-turn in front of house.
Saw old man in mall wear blue, island blouse.
Jupiter magazine; he held in his hands
and Saturn magazine- pink and blue lands.

Another poem of two stanzas with ten syllables in aabb pattern.

  • 20061201-Smiling Acorn

An acorn was smiling from a tall Cyprus tree.
We were putting X-mass lights for all to see.
‘Paw’ and I work well together as a team.
This was during my T-day holiday theme.

    From early mid-morning to mid-afternoon,
both stapled each line without skipping a tune.
From garage to front porch with ‘Mar’ helping too,
we tested the old lights and three reindeer stands new.

Another poem of two, four-lined stanzas with thirteen syllables in AABB pattern.

  • 20061105-Allied Species

Calling all gods from far and wide!
We beseech to you no longer hide.
Come forth! We will not be denied!
We implore you to be our guide.

So many people have lost and cried.
Your volunteers need not have died.
Their efforts are not out of pride.
There really is no winning side.

The powers that be have really tried
to find your ways and turn the tide.
They returned to the past and lied
about fear and hate from outside,

    about the comets that collide,
    about warring nations worldwide,
    about angry meetings inside
and how they conquer and divide.

If you pursue a bumpy ride
take that path to a downward slide
always know there’s a longer stride
that leads you to an upward glide!

Please let us know what you decide.
We’ll promise for a smoother ride
for you to meet and know your bride.
With just a thought, we have complied.

Come home! So that we may provide
a place of resting- where you’ll reside.
So, brush you weary thoughts aside
and may your heavy heart subside.

A long-head poem of seven stanzas with eight syllables in monorhyme.

  • 20061029-Forgotten Stay

That place is where you all belong
for those who are no longer strong.
Do you hear me when you’re alone
    and forgotten in that unknown?

The gray haze should not be that way-
    the stolen freedom everyday.
Once inside there is no escape
buried alive by their red tape.

If teamwork is the game you play,
then take them back without delay.
There’s no time or place to compete
    but together we are complete.

A poem of three stanzas with eight syllables per line in aabb, ccdd, ccee pattern.

  • 20060921-Ahem People

    God
    is above
    all else – below.
    Love is everywhere.

Ahem, people! With all the media broadcasting the nice speeches made by peace preachers, freedom loving, safety concerned and name calling citizens of the world, where are the nations of Russia and China? Shouldn’t they also be concerned for the affairs of the two towering brothers in Christ and in Muslim?

Why must they fight amongst themselves? Stop the noise and get down to business! My patience is running quite thin. Silence is golden.
