    The phone company sent me an email on 833am. I figured the no ‘estimated’ time to repair and restore service is typical, like my woes of eight slong years-none.

    Since I can’t wait for the Gestapos to fix my DSL, I’m trying NetZero. It’s slow but free for 1 month. I checked my email, finance and update. It took me hours!

    Since Homeland Security takes too long to restore someone else’s phone service, ‘Inday’ visited and gave us presents. She was worried for days. FIX IT NOW,DAMN!

  • 20081229-Damaged Cable

    I called AT&T at 8pm. They are repairing a new(?) damaged cable until 12-31! LIARS! Usually, the tech would ring the doorbell and fix the problem on THEIR side.

  • 20081229-Phone Scams

    AT@T closed ticket on water-logged cables at 9:00am. Yet my second repair call around 2:00pm is not fixed by 8:00pm! Scam liars! It’s been four days! Scammers!

    The main phone line still doesn’t work! What if there’s an emergency? And businesses can’t be conducted! It’s not my line but the homeowners’! Stupid idiots!

    The main phone line still doesn’t work! The second land line works, yet it shares the same underground line in the side box of the house!Rain and phone are bad!

    I could only enter through the touchpad! And the maximum number of characters is 160! This means no access to emails,finances of news articles! FIX ITNOW-AT@T!

    Texting through my outdated cellphone is tedious. Thanks to the strong rain yesterday a major phone cable has knocked out services until Sunday, 12-28-08!Sucks!
