While en route home bound from the USPS and with Paw as the passenger, I created more thoughts. I saw a black Toyota make a U-turn from across the USPS with me behind. I saw out of the corner of my left eye a glimpse of the driver looking into my direction. We had the windows to my Ford Mustang rolled down the whole time because the weather is very beautiful and the air crispy and clean.
Here is the imagery after coming out of the U-turn.
There are two Toyota mini, pick-up trucks. One is black in color. The other is painted in white.
- The driver of the black Toyota was wild and free. He is the bad boy.
- The driver of the white Toyota was nice and calm. He is the good boy.
I asked myself, “Which truck would I like to take a ride in? If I go with the bad boy, I’d have all the fun and excitement. If I go with the good boy, I might be bored to death. Either way, they are both strangers. But my legs are fast getting tired from walking a far distance to my destination. What should I do?”
Now, kids: What did you care-taking units tell you about taking a ride with strangers? Don’t get into the cars! Run fast away! Scream to the top of your lungs! Don’t be afraid of drawing attention to yourself or you might be kidnapped!
The answer was clear: Walk a path of righteousness no matter how achy the feet may be, no matter how heavy the load of backpack full of books may be, no matter how much longer it would take to reach your goals. Don’t take a free ride for granted: It’s your life and soul that matters most. Next time, be prepared and take a bicycle!
