While on the road today, I noticed CA driver’s license plate with numbers of 331 and lots of 9999’s on another and quite a few for 11’s. On our way home, I saw decals on the side of an Outreach van read: 221.

Noticed the nice `even-ness` to two of my widgets located on the sidebar to the right of my weblog.

20091210-Noticing Numbers
At 1030am, Maw got doc’s call of 11.9 hemoglobin. Saw 933 on Iowa & more series of 11 & 99 on CA license plates & 33 on atomic clock & odometer. More from past.

20091209-Noticing Numbers
At 11:11am, the Twit announced that she had things to do. She was standing to the right of the boy, who was busily reading his magazines, which were collected from their mailbox by Paw for the past eight days that the twosome were on vacation in Spain.
Still wondering why they didn’t care to call us up their safe arrival overseas from a five star hotel, which they claimed doesn’t have a phone or internet – except outdoors at the cafes.

20091204-Noticing Numbers
Last Friday, I received a `Summons for Jury service – SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA` through regular mail. It says:
SUMMONS
You are required to be available for jury service beginning the week of 01/11/10. If you are selected you must serve for the duration of the trial.

20091208-Dyslexic Bloggings
Listening to CoastToCoastAM.com and heard a caller rambling on about something and seeing the numbers `666`.
As per one of my many stray or random thoughts, anyone, dead or alive, has dyslexia, `a learning disorder that manifests itself as a difficulty with reading and spelling,` that `evil` number would look different:
bbb; ddd; ggg; ppp; qqq, 999 or any possible combination of these five letters and two numbers!
Ergo: The Beast (i.e. `666) could be the alphanumeric equivalent provided by an ancient Biblical blogger(s) with dyslexia!
Note to self: I just heard one loud, single ohm or buzz in my left ear around 12:30am.

20091203-Bamboo Background
Out of sheer frustrated boredom, I’ve been re-organizing my documents. But my goal is to DELETE everything! I wanted to leave without junk in my trunk.
Alas, I ended up lurking the internet and found a wonderful background for free! It’s a .jpg image of a bamboo, the color of creamy yellow of my formerly plain background. The file name is 333 and the dimensions are 468 x 528.
Here is an image of the bamboo background:
If you have a slow connection, too bad! Please be patient and relish this newest eye candy.
Anyway, the website where I found this free background appears to be heavily into New Age. There are lots of Biblical references and some about Knights Templars. The site is very colorful and animated, too.

20091202-Cleaning Categories
Earlier this evening, I noticed that a new category was mysteriously created. Its label is: post.
Then I had this inspiration! Why not just use this mysterious category as a one-size-fits-all description to the former ones, now converted to tags: news, spams and verse?
Unfortunately, I had to sacrifice (or delete, rather) the category: prose, which is `a literal technique ‘opposite’ to verse (e.g. poetry)`. Then the system is updating to this aforementioned new `Default Post Category`: post.
I noticed that the post is up to 747 with the prose stuck at 3,266 from the former number of 4,011 for prose!

20091202-Noticing Numbers
At around 23:33pm, I heard a single but subtle pop on my computer monitor.
At around 23:11pm, I had a superstitious imagery of death. While massaging Maw’s right knee, which was cleaned up via arthroscopic surgery, I was thinking of and blessing Paw sleeping on his bed downstairs. I then saw Maw sleeping on her bed but upstairs.
The Chinese prefer to bury their death next to each other, taking up precious land, instead of being stacked on top of each other, or cremated, which is the way people should be taken cared of. I don’t know the meaning behind this symbolic placement of formerly fleshy shells. But it doesn’t make sense.

20091130-Seeing Dots
Okay, fine! Out of frustrated boredom, I’ve switched my theme (AGAIN) to P2 by Automattic. After all, bloggers here at WordPress.com owe our thanks to the folks at Automattic for providing us different themes to choose from, right?
With the `P2 Options`, I chose the Polka Dots as the background image and selected to `hide the sidebar` and `display the titles`. It’s the eye candy of rainbow colored delights that makes my weblog feel all fruity.
Here is the `Polka Dots` image of the P2 background:

Polka Dots (P2 by Automattic) Also, the gravatar is displayed to the left of the author, followed by the time/date stamp and tags. The funny thing missing is the category from the `Recent Updates` mode. The title is bold and big, followed by the text and a horizontal line to separate each blog entry.

20091130-Noticing Numbers
After honking at the typically, STUPID, old Chinese man at the USPS, Paw wanted to get gasoline for his car. We saw the following Shell gasoline price list at our local gasoline station off Berryessa Rd. in descending order of appearance from the vertical stand:
$2.89 REGULAR – Octane 87
$2.99 MID-GRADE – Octane 89
$3.11 PREMIUM – Octane 91
$2.99 DIESEL

20091129-Noticing Numbers
At 08:18am this morning, my fax machine came on. It made one long BEEP sound. It awoke me from a dream that I can not recall or enter into my dream journal. I wanted to go back to sleep but couldn’t. Damn you!
