As for “burpees”, I’ve never heard of that word and had to look up that definition, which appears to apply to “inmates”! It’s good that your exercising. And yes you have typo-errors!

After this morning’s breakfast, Dad mentioned how Marines would sleep without pillows. And that’s why their stances are straight!
In response I told Dad that recently I had to sleep without my pillows because I’ve been experiencing neck problems, especially during morning masses where I’d feel like my neck is out-of-place and my shoulders/muscles are painful.
After one night of sleeping without my pillows and the following nights last year, I noticed that my posture (especially the following morning of that first night) during morning masses was straighter! This was before I ever got my orthopedic shoes/inserts. And my shoulders didn’t slouch/hurt/rounded out. My neck was also stable and less painful, too! I seem to hold my chin higher too.
So this year, I went back to sleeping with my pillows because I would gag on my spit/congestion from sinus and/or lungs. Sometimes I’d use the old firm pillow and/or with one of two “thinner” baby pillow on top for a slightly higher elevation. I tried sleeping without pillows this year and it’s not the same anymore.
The diet helped reduce the fat in/around my pharynx/throat/whatever and I felt like I was breathing better/easier, too. Before dieting, I was having shortness of breath and I felt like my neck was tight.
Yeah, so sleeping WITHOUT pillows, at least temporarily, may help to improve one’s posture, painful shoulders/neck and breathing, too.

I would use my two “baby” pillows as ear warmers and mufflers. They were “Made by Mom”. Maybe your mom could fashion a new pillow after having “washed” the feathers.
Anyway, you are truly lucky to have a grandmother who made your precious pillow. I feel sad that you’d had to let go of your pillow.

Off-topic thought: First, I think his relationship with another man is NOT illegal or a reason for banishment. I thought the “ancient Egyptians” would have been more “compassionate” since they built all those enormous architectural wonders, such as the Great Pyramids of Giza. Second, I think yelling negative things at him or wanting him arrested/killed is NOT nice. Third, he can take his throne back if he behaves nicer. Third, maybe the Cain family could move to USA (maybe Hawaii or Utah) and surprisingly I “thought” of Switzerland as a second choice before reading your last paragraph!

Yeah, I’d like both request fulfilled somehow/someway for that kind of effort. But I don’t think Little Kimmy is into “that” sort of immoral activity and do believe he might be a “better” Supreme Leader if he ended the Korean War in a positive non-violent. I happen to like those tear-jerking Korean movies (with English sub-titles, of course).
