A great teacher is born naturally forged with good morals and ethics, has a sound Christian background, and other traits, such as listening well, knowing how to counter-argue intelligently the obnoxious students and challenging questions, and forgiving yet harsh in disciplining the disciple or student.
Above all, a great teacher allows the newbies much needed time to recuperate and practice and space to accept the inevitable after years of denial through indoctrination by outmoded values of parents or guardians, much like my failed attempt to avoid reading Scriptures and listening to audio Bible books, despite being born and raised an RCC and years of listening Bible passages and homilies and other singing of praises and thanksgivings.
