20230614-0033. I never heard of practicing self-care. I only know about care-giving. If that means hygiene, well y’all should be well aware that I’m too lazy to take care of myself and I let myself go – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
I have a belly and buttocks that stick out. I’m overweight. I get easily triggered to anger, rage, hatred, and the like. And I think of all sort bad thoughts of frustrations, mind y’all. And well, I don’t really read the Bible because in a previous daily writing prompt, I waste most of the time blogging.
