What is your favorite holiday? Why is it your favorite?
20230503-0328. I have no favorite holiday. Holidays just takes too much of my energy and I get stressed.
I used to celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Now I don’t know if it’s worth celebrating my elderly father’s birthday today; since he’s always saying “no”.
I don’t expect anyone else to greet him despite two past emails to that effect and for the fact that he’s the second oldest sibling.
I don’t expect the OLD SOUL or his Twit Wifey to do anything after I kicked her outta the house on Thanksgiving Day last year: she refused to eat with us.
Since then I’ve ignored her, him, and anyone else pretending to be “nice”!
Like I mentioned in an open forum discussion on Telegram: I QUIT!
I quit celebrating holiday, being nice to fake species, and hoping everything will change for the better.
So phooey on love and light and all that is cheering and bright!🖕🏼😂🤡
