Per the Twitter comments, you can ‘give’ your SOTU address in an envelope without the pomp and circumstances orally inside the House. The word “shall” is mandatory. You are correct for a later date. No “urgent” rush, really.

I can see that the intent, though not foreseeable, included the government being open at the agreed time set for 1/29. Therefore, you are correct that the ‘contract’ isn’t fulfilled until a later date.

I noticed that after I mentioned how it is sad for the the intel trolls from outside the USA to view my crap, the false stats of double and triple views have almost stopped! Hah! I knew that all along, because as I mentioned, no one cared about my blog before the upgrade, and surprisingly the uptick in views happened AFTER the upgrade.
So now I’ve noticed a feature “Download data as CSV”. This appeared within my stats. I never noticed this feature before. This feature might be useless because Matt Meister and his Happiness Engineering pals refused to reveal the IP addresses of these trolls, err, viewers. And with the false stats of views doubling and tripling, I am NOT assured the reliability of stats anymore.
With that said, I’ve wasted my money on ‘window dressing’ – unlimited storage space, removal of footer credit, and other services that I do NOT feel is necessary for my rants. My weblog is NOT a business and I do NOT profit from my rants. So yeah, I wanted to test how a loser, err, user like me can benefit from upgrading to Business class.

OMG! This is hilarious! I was trying to embed a YouTube video and I still had problems trying to “Write a Caption”. So I had to open a notes app to copy and paste the YouTube video title into the notes apps and then copy and paste the text into the “Write a Caption” field below the embedded YouTube video. I liked the Caption and embedded YouTube video in one Block. But I do NOT understand why I had to click into the caption field with a fake text to “open” up the field for copy and pasting text, which I’m too lazy to type out myself. I also had to toggle or switch between the Visual Editor mode and the Code Editor mode to ensure that there are NO extra Block paragraphs.
Now as for the YouTube video, though most voters believe that Trump has something to do with the partial government shutdown, I’m assuming that the government can afford anything by moving the decimal points as needed. And that decision is a necessary evil to drain the swamp as per my OLD blog rant about lazy and underperforming federal workers. Seriously, y’all cannot create a contract that keeps deadbeats afloat. That’s crazy.

I have been forced to blog using my Safari browser and deleted the WordPress app for macOS due to the false stats of views by twice or thrice for each published posts! I am VERY disappointed.
But now I’m learning to enjoy using the Block feature. I’ve tested two reblogged posts, which won’t work via the “Share On” icon. I could only copy and paste the link to each reblogged posts.
So this weblog post would be the third test. I’ve been checking my stats and have discovered that the views are now stabilized! There are no double or triple views hitting different countries.
Wait! What? Dammit! I can see that using the Safari browser does NOT prevent the false stats of double or triple view for one published weblog post.
I do NOT understand as I’ve placed my weblog into Hidden mode, which is between Public mode and Private mode. I’m assuming the intel trolls are actually reading my crap. That’s truly sad.
