  • 20070830-Good Ova

I am your ‘God’ — the egg of Truth
    Female Beauty, loving fully
    Laughing loudly, crying softly
    Faithfully yours, eternally mine

    Comparing words, competing rhymes
    Sharing your truths, opinions’ crimes
Morning Atoms, Eves of the nights
    Shadowed darkness, infinite lights

Two thought provoking stanzas of eight syllables.

  • 20070830-Evening Birds

    20070830-08:04PM

    Honkings of the geese
    V-shapes forming purple skies
    Goodnight and southbound

    20070830-07:30PM

    ‘Kwer-tee’ parakeet ‘poo-poo-poo’
    Happy birds making happy sounds
    ‘Kwi-ta-ta-ta, keet-coo-eat-eat!’
You are happy birds, up and down!

Various poem of sounds from our feathered friends.

  • 20070830-Afternoon Poems

    20070830-03:41PM

Come to think of ‘IT’: —
    ‘I’ is my eye with
    ‘T’ as my cross.

I cross my eyes not to see
    Straight ahead but
    The unfocused path of
    blurriness and
    As I bear this cross,
    The path becomes straighter.

Come to think of ‘IT’: —
‘I’ may have lost my way.

    20070830-03:32PM

    An awakening
    Observers observing us
    Through my window blinds

    20070830-03:28PM

    Tickle my tika
    Squeezing between my eyebrows
    Red dot laughs out loud

    20070830-03:20PM

    My golden stamp of approval
    Upon my untouchable forehead
Fleshy eyeballs of two black dots
By the Dark Ones, an unknown purpose
‘Autobot’ or ‘Decepticon’; transform and roll.

    20070830-02:58PM

Oh my shadow – my darkest side!
You know me well – my deepest pride.
When I transform to love and light,
I won’t forget — not wrong or right.

    Oh my shadow of nothingness!
    You follow me through loneliness.
When my path ends through think and thin,
    You’re always here somewhere within.

    20070830-02:00PM

    Eagle’s feather white
Set against the clear blue skies
    By God’s right hand

Various poems created in the afternoon while in the waiting room of the MRI. Noticed layout of waiting room is similar to my blog entitled 20070827-Dream Times.

  • 20070830-Old Farts

Flush out the cooties; lewd acts for booties
Blow out the boogers; sexual poopers
Predators display; dirty old men gay

    Vile baddies affair; congressional lair
    Shaytanic obsessed; senators possessed
    American’s blood; presidential mud

Flaming the vile moles; political holes
Bringing public shame and the blaming game
Fined with guilty plea. Resign unto me!

Another dark, political poem (of nine lines with ten syllables and internal rhymes) regarding the recent news about Senator Larry Craig of Idaho. There are many more horror stories similar to this one that goes unnoticed by the media.

  • 20070830-Dream Journal

Both Simon and Pimon the parakeets escaped. I cupped my mouth and called out Simon. There was a tree located in the next door neighbor’s backyard. Simon flew from the tree and around my hair. I opened the door to the small white cage. He hopped inside the cage.

‘Squirrel-Ling’ and I walked around from right to left on this street. There were houses along this street. I cupped my mouth and called out Pimon. There was a tree on this road and out flew Boo-Boo.

She landed on the side of the cage. As I lowered the cage to the sidewalk, she waited on the sidewalk and in front of the cage door. I opened the cage door and she hopped inside. She perched on one of the wooden perch. She looked fatter and weary around the eyes.

We walked around to the end of the street. And we came around the block of other apartment dwellings. These units were spaced far apart and colored white.

We continued walking into a narrow maze of strange dwellings and colorful. These seemed to be stacks of items glued together. The passage lead to a darker place up ahead.
