We step back away from ourselves
To contemplate and know our truths
Lies melting gold of buddy’s path
Taste the cheese sandwich of wrath
To laugh always, forgiving too
Clothes not fitting; bellies sticking
Outward expansion expression
Tossing out the old with the new
I’m still myself but never knew.
Choosing always without a doubt
Our syllables won’t go away!
My voice is eternally yours.
Internal rhyming river spout
Heartbeat rhythm– an endless route.
Loving fully this is no lie!

Have helpless ants won?
What is this spinning square sun?
Is God and Man One?
Shall I go outside and have fun
or ‘come back’ as remain as none?
Do believers gloss?
Is fate a flipping coin toss?
Are we our own boss?
Where is the will with no cross?
Is war without faith a loss?
Questions are bizarre!
Answers are close yet so far.
Truths are not on par.

Slowly waking cold
Banking homeless woman old
No cash eyeballs rolled
Pay high smelly gas price bold
Triple venti mocha sold
Fifteen hundred walk
Twice around the working block
Wispy sylphs’ flock
Greetings sending wind sheer shock
Two guys walking greetings rock
Sleepiness tonight
Gray clouds high winds mighty flight
Parakeets sleep slight
‘Maw’s aching muscle pain plight
‘Paw’ as usual polite
Top noodles not right
Chocolate ice cream bar right
Pray rosary blight
Mumbling without excite
