    Former president Olusegun Obasanjo and his deputy, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, have been summoned by the House of Representatives Committee on Power and Steel to appear before it on Monday, May 12, 2008, to explain their roles in the alleged expenditure of huge sums of money in the power sector between 1999 and 2007 without commensurate result.

    The House is currently investigating the alleged expenditure of $16 billion on the sector by the Obasanjo Administration.

    The chairman of the committee, Hon. Ndudi Godwin Elumelu, had confirmed that a little over $13 billion was actually invested in the sector between 1999 and 2007.

    Also to appear alongside the duo is the former finance minister, Mrs. Nenadi Esther Usman, who is expected to give an insight into payments made to contractors and consultants on the National Integrated Power Projects from the excess crude account within the period she held the fort as minister.

    During the public hearing, former finance minister and now a managing director of the World Bank, Dr. (Mrs.) Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, told the committee that former President Obasanjo waived due process in the payment of money on NIPP projects to contractors and consultants.

    She also disclosed that Obasanjo authorised a loan from the Excess Crude Account to finance the NIPP scheme. The committee, however, discovered that the loan was obtained without the approval of the National Assembly.

    He said that during the tour the committee discovered that monies were paid for non-existent projects while some contractors who collected huge sums of money absconded after they were mobilised.

    Yes, I too would like all documented data to be submitted to peer review by those (scientists?) who wishes to ‘debunk the chemtrail debunkers’, not unless these alleged formations of ‘chemtrails’ cannot be reasonably measured by our current scientific methods and in the case of this entertaining thread — the opposite of ‘science’ would be labeled as ignorance by the peerless. We must deny ignorance and allow any researcher a fair chance to reproduce and verify the results for any chemicals contained in these contrails in full disclosure.

    It’s hard to put the pieces of data together and I would like something presented side by side to prove once and for all that chemtrails are debunked.

    Dream one:

    I dreamt of a blond guy with light brown eyes talking to me. He was competing in a game and with another guy to his right. They were on top of a bulls-eye target of red and white and with a diameter no larger than the length of one person and kicking around a puck to gain points while on their sides.

    The guy won the competition and saw me standing there looking at him from his eight o’clock position. He came over and propped himself on his right side and continued to talk about different topics. All I notice were his full lips and light brown eyes. He had to return to his game as I stood in approximately the same position. Other people were there and I didn’t want to ask his name in public. So I left.

    Second dream:

    I then dreamt of wandering around in this school. There were lots of people as I tried to make my way out of the game, through the countless corridors and to the concert. I even tried driving over but encountered a traffic jam that was already forming in the highway. I thought to myself why I drove when the concert felt like it was part of the school I had left earlier.

    I dreamt of walking by foot in order to gain some more time because I was already late for the concert. I navigated through the place by gauging the sound of where there we lots of people and found a long line of people going indoors and upstairs to see a concert. The outdoors appeared bluish to purplish and probably at twilight before nightfall. 

    In another room, there were other people crowded in line. They were fighting among themselves too. I saw one guy from the right side of the crowd point downward to a person to a person behind him. 

    The same black couple and they were both fighting, too. The black guy was too my right while I sat listening off to the corner in the left part of my dream. I see the people in front and to the right of me listening to his story of how they fought. He demonstrated how a bat was swung and used to fight.

    I then talked to him about different possibilities. I recall mentioning later on that perhaps there were ‘bad’ aliens trying to get rid of the ‘good’ people so these aliens could control the remaining ‘bad’ people. His demeanor changed as he believed this story more than his versions earlier.

    After mentioning this to him, he started to have shortness of breath, which he held for awhile. At the same time, his noticeable swollen belly was aching at the same time. He held his belly with his left hand while my right hand was supporting his upper back. My hand held this elastic white band over his belly while I chanted words of ‘leave’ and ‘remove’.

    Whatever left him slowly came out and was directed out to the clear window to our left. I awoke around 06:35AM.
