Today’s events more than made up for last night’s unexpected joke from people around me. The foursome has not done much to make an impression upon me. All I learned was that people are basically annoying and are better off either married to further annoy each other instead of annoying me.
Perhaps that is another reason for not being married. The dynamics of being involved with the other half and the counterparts of family, relatives and friends are too much to handle for one person. A person is designed to be self serving as I have learned that noone would fully know oneself – meeting the wants, needs and expectations of the self.
I have learned that an extension of oneself is further expressed by sharing with others. Today, I wanted to get a foot massage from this reflexology place located inside this mall. All three of us arrived there at around 11:15AM. The place was lighted in yellow color with red hanging paper lanterns.
The sessions started nicely as we sat down – with ‘Kali-Maw’ to my right and to my left was a man and his woman to his left. We wanted the fifteen minute session but we were encouraged for the thirty minutes. After five minutes we had them pull in ‘Shiva-Paw’ who sat near the front entrance and front of the both of us.
‘Kali-Maw’ got a guy and I got a girl. We had to roll up our pants and our legs and foot got wiped down with paper towel sprayed with alcohol. We were comforted with a warm compress on our neck. And their normal procedure was to wrap the warm compress on the right foot first.
Then the massage began on our left foot. Overall, I did not feel too much pain but there were key points that pained me the most. The region was somewhere underneath and to the middle the ring toe towards the outside of the left foot.
The next painful ones where the outside boney area of the heal areas, which represented the coccyx. The inside of the calf muscle was especially painful as this was the point of the diabetes. She massaged my painful calves upwards back towards the heart, which was proper for any therapeutic sessions.
I would make facial expressions of pain and silently mouth the words ‘Ow! Ow! Ow!’ I didn’t mind the pain too much because this was my only chance to get blood back into my lower extremities. I really had to concentrate of breathing and relaxing. My parents were not kneaded as aggressively due their surgeries — ‘Shiva-Paw’ had his varicose veins straightened and ‘Kali-Maw’ has diabetes with surgery on the right knee.
They continued until two minutes prior to end of the session. They finished up by pressing our upper thighs and pounding our legs and calves some more. I think the pounding is not so bad but my masseur was especially strong under the heal area and on the outside portion of the calve area.
They raised our legs above our hips and dropped those on the soft upholstery. After a sigh of relief, we were able to walk away merrily after paying a total of $84.00 and with $30.00 tips spread among the three. That is not too much after walking those many miles upon this planet. ‘Shiva-Paw’ took awhile to leave their place since he has this system of lacing up his shoe laces nicely and snuggly.
We walked half way back to the water foundation. Then ‘Shiva-Paw’ and I decided to speed up to complete one lap. I got my usual small order of a bee stinger drink. I like this one because of the bee pollen. My belief is to boost my immunity in this small way. I miss seeing the bees buzzing around but happen to see that fat, black bumble bee drinking from the miniature sweet pea tree under the patio of our backyard.
Later we found ‘Kali-Maw’ making her way around without much pain, which was originally her right hip area. Then we exited and decided to eat a good meal at this small establishment. We debated on whether to go the fast food version where the price was too much for the small servings.
I ordered our first ever callos dish of beef tripe and beef tendon in garbanzo beans, chorizos and red pepper. This is similar to a dish called kare-kare. This was very good and we ate all three. ‘Kali-Maw’ ordered another callos to go at $12.45 and requested more sauce to be added since she loves drowning her rice with this tasty sauce. The other orders were those burnt egg rolls cut in half and an oriental salad for tonight.
It’s already 10:30PM and I am feeling hungry from trying to loose weight my not gorging on food that I love to eat. I know my round tummy is shrinking because ‘Kali-Maw’ noticed. This drastic reduction in food intake is another evolution for me after the scary feeling of getting dizzy after work last Thursday, 06/07/2007.
With my gradual workout of arm exercises and stretches at home and with the cutting of my long dark hair, I begin to feel lighter. However, neither my dizzy spells nor my bad cold, allergies or ‘flu-like’ symptoms has not subsided but maybe a little and not by much to make me feel happy.
Earlier this evening and prior to taking my long nap, I found time to take more pictures of sylphs around 19:00PM. There was a massive sylph formation from the compass direction of due north around 14:00PM. I’ve take those pictures and uploaded into my Flicker.com account and managed to create a link through my WordPress.com as well.
I came downstairs later on to find my parents watching a ‘Johnny Kamatis’ program on a public broadcasting station. They were selling his compact discs for $60.00. The guy is talented for the older timers but his is a truly a fruit with his presentation.
More arm exercises were done in front of the large mirror hanging over the fire place. I notice that I am wide overall but with a broad should for a curvy figure. Nothing hangs out beyond the bone and muscles structure; except my tummy and inner thighs. Everything else is tight but not my sagging breasts.
Surely, I make fun of people and provide all the juicy details of their embarrassing evolutions. I especially make fun of myself and my involvement with these people. I remember ‘Poop Shorts’ saying to me in the lobby after work, ‘You have chosen my parents well.’ This means this place is crawling with more blogging material – and this means people I know or strangers that I may never meet in person.
I believe I made this particular blog entry too long. I will have to make sure my train of thought is logically laid out and perhaps summarize instead of detailing every bit of data that could possible be made into writing. One of the greatest efforts is to make sense of my rants in an orderly fashion.
I think I’d better stop for now since I started rubbing my right ball and probably from feeling sleepy. The page of this document runs to two pages. My older blogs usually is one page. Good night and good morning to another blogging session from a small mind.
